  • Do you find yourself wishing you had time to work on training  but you just can't find the time to fit it into your schedule?  And a 6 week group class?  Forget it!  Maybe your pup a nervous Nelly or a reactive Rover.  Have you attended a 6 week group class in the past and there are still a select few behaviors you just can't seem to get a handle of?   If any of these scenarios sound familiar, In-home training may be for you.
  • Busy people equals busy lives in turn making it much more difficult to find the time required to attend group classes.  K9 Insights can work with your schedule to fit an in-home lesson at your convenience.

Meals for Paws, a Worthy Cause
responsible for keeping bowls and bellies full

K9 Insights in collaboration with Long Trail Canine Rescue, are proud to have become closely involved with Grafton County Senior Citizens Council.    By developing the program "Meal for Paws, a Worthy Cause",  K9 Insights and LTCR have become the primary providers of donated pet foods for GCSCC.

GCSCC develops, strengthens and provides programs and services which support the health, dignity and independence of older adults and adults with disabilities living in our local communities.

The sole reason behind the program is to ensure every "Home Delivered Meals" delivery volunteer always has pet food on board the delivery vehicle.  It's a little known fact that meals delivered and meant for those in our community are often shared with or fed to the pets in the household.

K9 Insights and LTCR strongly believes in keeping pets in their homes and we feel offering this service is not only necessary, it's an important part of supporting our local community.  We have been graciously allowed to utilize local businesses, SAVES 24hr Emergency Pet Hospital and at The Ranch at Etna Road as donation drop off locations.

Our initial Pet Food Drive took place at SAVES on April 9th and produced over 1000lbs of dry food and treats and over 800 cans of donated dog and cat food as well as treats.  We couldn't have done it without the amazing support we received from our local community.
